TEMPE, AZ – March 29, 2010 – VirTra Systems, Inc. Bob Ferris, VirTra Systems’ CEO and president (OTC:VTSI.PK), today announced the receipt of three firearm simulator orders for delivery throughout the United States. The orders are for VirTra’s multi-screen, ultra-realistic law enforcement use-of-force simulators. All of the sales are from new VirTra clients, further expanding the company’s customer base in the United States.
Sales are as follows:
- The village of Skokie in Illinois has purchased an IVR-300 simulator.
- The county of Buncombe in North Carolina has purchased an IVR-180 simulator.
- The city of Everett in Washington has purchased an IVR-300 simulator.
The orders are fully equipped firearms simulators, including tether-less recoil kits and the patent-pending Threat-Fire™ safe shoot-back device. These added features better prepare officers for the most challenging of police situations, such as use-of-force decision making while experiencing a real-life 360-degree encounter.
“We are pleased with the continued growth of our simulator sales through the U.S. law enforcement community as agencies are finding 360-degree use-of-force training to be superior to other methods,” said Bob Ferris, CEO and President of VirTra Systems.
