Perry Baker has over 25-years experience in hardware design and management within the department of defense marketplace. Mr. Lliteras was a Senior Accountant in the audit practice at KPMG, LLP for 4 years, where he handled accounting tasks for several companies listed on AMEX, NASDAQ and the New York Stock Exchange.
At Two Degrees Consulting, Mr. Lliteras oversaw accounting for audit support and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for clients such as T-Mobile and Shurgard Storage.
