(OTC Pink: VTSI), a leading provider of use of force simulators and firearms training simulators, today announced that it has received ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification for the design, development and servicing of its training simulator solutions. ISO certification is based on quality management principles including strong customer focus, management leadership, employee involvement, process approach, and continual review and improvement. Certification requires an accredited third party auditing organization to thoroughly review a company’s internal quality management system processes to ensure they are capable of consistently delivering products and services that meet customers’ needs and expectations.
