TEMPE, AZ – January 11, 2011 – Don Andrus, VirTra Systems’ President and COO (VTSI.PK), today announced a multi-screen firearms training simulator sale to The Republic of Kosovo.
Kosovo’s new firearms simulator was delivered and installed with real world, multiple-branching high-resolution video scenarios, as well as the ability to train against multiple threats on multiple screens by utilizing situational awareness and customizable marksmanship programs. Their system is equipped with the patent pending Threat-Fire™ shoot back system, which simulates return fire via electric pulse, further enhancing realism during training. The simulator also includes VirTra’s unparalleled tetherless handguns, refillable magazines, advanced tetherless rifle recoil kits and a custom refill station. Training and installation was also accomplished at time of delivery.
VirTra will be attending a leading military simulation conference, the ITEC 2011 in Cologne, Germany May 10-12, 2011. VirTra will be showing the world’s most realistic and challenging scenario-based simulator – the VirTra 300 MIL, as well as the world’s most realistic simulated shooting range – the VirTra Range MIL.
