TEMPE, AZ - June 17, 2008 - VirTra Systems, Inc. Bob Ferris, VirTra Systems' president (OTCBB: VTSI), today announced the sale of three new 300-degree IVR® immersive firearm training simulators to classified locations in Mexico.
Over the past several months, Bob Ferris has hosted meetings for VirTra’s Mexican National distributor, Lonexi, in Tempe, Arizona that included demonstrations of the latest VirTra firearm simulator technology. The order is the single largest order received from the Mexican Government and adds to a series of successful transactions between VirTra Systems and Mexico during the past few years. The simulator order includes three new IVR-300 HD™ firearm training simulators, accessories such as tetherless training recoil weapon-conversion kits, Threat-Fire™ return fire devices, Spanish-language scenarios and VirTra Systems’ unparalleled 300-degree high-definition video training scenarios across 5 screens.
"IVR simulator sales to the Mexican government, facilitated by our in-country distributor, Lonexi, continue to increase - making that nation a client of considerable importance to VirTra Systems," commented Bob Ferris, VirTra Systems' president. "The fact that our superior technology continues to spell success for distributors in other countries helps pave the way for further international expansion for VirTra.”
Ferris concluded. "This is such an exciting time for VirTra Systems; we are now more centralized, focused and motivated than ever before.”
* Please note - VirTra Systems is proud to announce the company’s first cover story in the current issue of “Law Officer Magazine.” Aside from the cover itself, the VirTra Systems coverage begins on page 38 (Volume 4, Issue 6).
